News: Carole Matthews' Cake Shop in the Garden launch!

To celebrate the launch of Carole Matthews' brand new novel The Cake Shop in the Garden, her publishers Little, Brown decided to do something a little bit different, and actually built a real Cake Shop in the Garden! It was created in Russell Square in London, and I have to say it looked amazing! Apparently, it took over 450 hours to build, and featured 15 different types of cakes, and visitors were encouraged to tuck in to the various things on display.

Enjoy the images from the event which I have posted below, they look great. I've also just finished reading The Cake Shop in the Garden too, and it's a beautiful book, I'll be reviewing it shortly.
