As much as it sucks that both books are released around the same time and have one similar word in their title, I don't think it automatically falls under a 'rip off'.
I am pretty sure that if it was a rip off, the book wouldn't have been released.

To chicklitchloe: I absolutely love this website. I'm from Belgium and I'm in love with English chicklits. Thanks to this website I really do get to know more amazing books. So thank you so much for making this amazing website.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1444796916325633179.post-25498183527594704592011-11-15T11:12:40.873+00:002011-11-15T11:12:40.873+00:00Still think its a bit cheeky, according to the rev...Still think its a bit cheeky, according to the reviews the story has nothing much to do with Tiffanys and the Melisa Hill book has been out ages!Katherinenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1444796916325633179.post-76227695107769506502011-11-12T23:13:15.305+00:002011-11-12T23:13:15.305+00:00Having finished it Katherine, I can tell you the b...Having finished it Katherine, I can tell you the books are absolutely nothing alike. Yes, the title are very similar, but the stories aren't.chicklitchloehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06202654686358962050noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1444796916325633179.post-75929357794017272832011-11-11T14:38:20.852+00:002011-11-11T14:38:20.852+00:00Hi Katherine, The use of the name 'Tiffanys...Hi Katherine, The use of the name 'Tiffanys' in the title is a coincidence, not a rip-off. My book was written well over a year ago, as I'm sure was Melissa's, and her's has been published just a few short weeks before mine. There's probably no other overlap between our books at all, other than the referencing of a luxury store that is known the world over and is referenced by many writers all the time.Karen Swannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1444796916325633179.post-28864563060915200952011-11-09T10:59:41.172+00:002011-11-09T10:59:41.172+00:00Sounds like a big ripoff of the Melissa Hill Tiffa...Sounds like a big ripoff of the Melissa Hill Tiffany's book, how do they get away with stuff like that?Katherinenoreply@blogger.com
